We exclusively provide only Sharp products, supplies and parts. Our Service Experts carry over $5,000 worth of parts you will need when they arrive for the service call. Meaning that you never have to wait for the service and supplies you need. If we don't respond to your call in two to four hours of when the call was placed we will personally credit your account $50 towards any future service or supplies. This is our way of assuring you that you will always receive Quality Service in a timely manner.
Our remote diagnostic system software, which is available only on Sharp copiers, allows us to monitor your office equipment remotely from our service and dispatch center via the fax or email which the copier will send to us automatically. This feature enables us to monitor the needs of the copier as they come up. The copier tells us when it needs supplies, service and meter readings by sending a fax or email. All you have to do is make copies and run your business, we will handle the rest. This is an exclusive feature only available on Sharp copiers.
When our service professionals arrive they will assess the problem and fix the problem. Making sure that your Sharp copier has above the national average uptime, which is 98% for all Sharp copiers. Your Service Technician will then give your copier a full inspection and perform preventative maintenance so that any problems in the future are also avoided.
