Our service department strives to maintain a maximum Two-Four-Hour on-site response time to your service call. On average, however, you can expect that any necessary repairs will be completed within three hours of the call being placed. We like to under-promise and over-deliver so that you can count on us all of the time and on a consistent basis.
Pro-Active vs. Reactive Support
We also provide Regularly, Scheduled, Preventive Maintenance on all products. This involves proactive, scheduled replacement of components and parts before a service call is necessary. We also deliver all of your toner pro-actively based on your monthly copy volume. This saves you time and ensures that you will never run out of supplies.
As well, our Remote Diagnostic System Software allows us to monitor your copy volume so that any potential service calls are addressed as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you. As a result of our exclusive use of Genuine Panasonic parts and supplies and our Remote Diagnostics we are able to guarantee less than 2% down time on all Panasonic products. In addition, we will remotely read your meter once a month so that you don't have to. This also provides us with the information we need about your system so that we can deliver to you any toner or future supplies that you may need pro-actively vs. reactively.
